The Golden Panther Arena has been renamed Pharmed Arena. Now let's connect the dots. Pharmed is a large Medical equipments supplier, FIU is looking into creating a medical school with three well established local hospitals (Baptist, Miami Children's, Mt. Sinai), Pharmed donates $1M to the school, FIU gets Medical School, Phamed gets large supply contracts and everybody lives happily ever after.
