Among Conferences, the Big Ten was No. 1 in overall attendance followed by the ACC.

Since moving into the more spacious RBC Center in 2000, NC State has ranked in the top 20 in attendance for six straight years. By contrast, the Wolfpack was ranked 30th (10,800 average) the final year it played its games at Reynolds Coliseum, which then seated 12,400.

The novelty of the new arena, then known as the ESA, contributed to NC State's all-time record attendance wise back in 2000. In 20 home games that season (including the NIT), the Pack drew a total of 330,709 fans for an average of 16,535.
