That TCU is giving BYU fits doesn't surprise me at all. Conference games are always difficult, especially when 2 good teams go at it. The game was at TCU, so it gives them the edge...

you make it sound like that's a good thing. instead of having some great teams and some doormats, all the teams are mired in mediocrity.

Nah. It's just a product of the tremendous turnover the ACC has gone through. All of the following programs have gotten new head coaches in the last 3 seasons:
- Clemson
- Georgia Tech
- North Carolina
- Duke
- NC State
- Boston College
- Miami
It looks like GT and UNC (despite today; they really miss their starting QB and Tate) may be ascending upwards to be conference powers.

yeah, but duke, UNC, nc st. and miami to a degree, have sucked for awhile now. I don't think it's been the coaching changes. i think i might be misunderstanding you

the coach changes for Duke, UNC has made immediate impact. Duke is not a automatic W for teams anymore. UNC has gotten better since Davis took over.

Yeah, Cutt had an impact on Ole Miss as well. I.e. as soon as he was fired we started sucking some major ayce.
Looks like we NOW have a coach though.
