Nielsen's a guy we were somehow hoping could be convinced to hang around Dekalb. Unfortunately, he's too good to be kept under wraps.
I would still like to see him eventually get consideration back at NIU for the head job if Rod Carey moves on sooner rather than later.
If you get a chance to meet him, you'll be impressed.
By the way, I'm not related to Ryan Nielsen. Judging by my post, you'd probably think I'm his mother.
