Reports coming in that 2 explosions have rocked the end of the Boston Marathon. Casualties are piling up, no word on fatalities yet. An Al Qaeda attack?

I have a close friend running it as well. Looks like a lot of destruction. Apparently two packages, perhaps, detonated. Terrorist attack.

I guess anything is possible. The security around the area probably prevented something major, but still... whoever / whatever group did this has to be apprehended.

Al Queda likes the big splash attacks, so my guess it will be some other group. But yes, apprehend and eliminate those responsible.

I wonder about the timing? Biggest emotional impact would have been a couple hours earlier when the serious marathon runners had come through... was the muderer aiming for casula runners or perhaps an individual runner...or was some Islamic terrorist not wanting to kill Ethiopeans (fellow muslims). The timing is key to this thing.
