Imagine instead if the Thuggee had remained a force in India. What course would their history have taken had a murderous cult continued to reign supreme in central India?

As remarkably politically incorrect as this sounds, I would love to have been a British "Administrator" in one of their colonies in the 1800s. What a privileged life you could live in colonial India, Singapore or Hong Kong as white man.....

There are a few places much like that left in Africa.

I wonder what these places would look like if the colonial powers partitioned them differently. India could be several different countries, IMO. I think countries in Africa could do it also.
