I expect a Grand Jury indictment for a lesser charge. Remember that Grand Juries don't follow the same principles of a criminal trial...i.e. "beyond reasonable doubt". Will the agitators riot with a lesser charge? Likely, because they want disruption. Will those who sincerely seek justice riot with a lesser charge? I don't think so.
