Not that it is at all surprising, but the new Deus Ex game (Mankind Divided) is receiving significantly strong reviews from a lot of the major players. I've been excited for this one for a while since the original Deus Ex was one of the first PC games I played (I stuck to SNES/Gameboy/Sega stuff until around '99 or so when my parents got a second computer that they let my brother and I use). Part of me wonders which endgame choice they'll choose to pursue (if any).

Also, one of the funniest movie license catalogues in video game history. Beethoven 1 and 2, Honey I Shrunk the Kids, Home Alone 1 and 2 (completely with a vacuum toting Tim Curry), and many more ridiculous games in 2-d platforming action.

I respawned inside the core of a planet, completely under the map on No Man's Sky 2 weeks ago and I am still stuck there. The first and last time I will get caught in the hype for a game. I am trying to get a refund right now.

So just too difficult? Black Flag is the one game in the series which makes it almost impossible to progress if you don't upgrade your equipment pretty significantly. Luckily I went sailing for about 2 hours immediately upon getting my ship, so I was able to do so early in my first playthrough, but I can definitely see where the game would get pretty difficult near the end.

I have been sinking my teeth into Mankind Divided, and I absolutely love it. Much less straight-lined than Human Revolution, but still has the same level of customization that I've come to expect from a Deus Ex game.
Also, bought Madden last Wednesday...first football game since NCAA14 and man, it has been pretty spectacular. It runs very smooth, looks incredible, franchise mode has a ton of new bells and whistles, and plays much more physically realistic.
