Will CrapUSA take another hit?........news at 5:30 today. - 99beers - 10-17-2016 09:33 AM

Well today we will find out if the B12 expands or not. If they do, depending on the number of AAC schools selected, if any, then once again you can look for changes in crapusa. Who da heck we add now?

B12 add's no one
AAC adds no one
MWC adds no one
CUSA adds Houston Baptist

I hope they do. Get it over with so the dominoes fall and we can all stop speculating and move forward. If they don't do it now, we'll be discussing this every year.

I still stand by what I said back in July. Houston, BYU, UCONN & Cincinatti for 2017-2018.

I think it is Cincy for sure (makes the most sense to pair with WVU). After that it becomes murky. I will say they add Houston and that's it.

Rice has that market sewn up. Add Los Angeles Harbor College; huge market and they may have a harbor.

You're on the right track. We should be looking at Beijing Institute of Technology. Sure the travel would be awful, but think of the potential market!

If that fails, bring in Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Sure wouldn't mind making a trip there every other year

From the rumblings I have seen on the twitter and other social media outlets there will be no expansion. Which as a Tech alum I am happy about! Another year to try and improve before another realignment.

If they expand, it must be by 2 and Cincy must be one of the choices.

To me, taking USF opens an entire state that is currently controlled by the SEC and ACC. They can't touch anyone in the B10 and we all know how dangerous any addition west of Texas can be. Given this, the only area for any real expansion for them would then be Florida.

They could add a Louisiana team03-idea

Wouldn't Mexico City be closer geographically?

Some serious smoke for Cinci, also BYU is broadcasting the prees conference on BYUtv. I'd say those two and no one else at this point. That would leave the AAC at an odd number so they'd probably replace. Bad news for anyone wanting to see CUSA stay intact.
