If Hines comes back, NCSU should have a strong offense. As for the Defense, that will be the question mark. Kicking game can only improve from what it was this year.
The team I dread most in OOC next year is JMU, their run offense is not what your really want an inexperienced defense to have to play first regular game of the season. However, it is what it is.
