Welp.... Herd fans you might get lucky( as if you would need luck). , apparently the team was coming down with something the day of playing MT ( our point guard was vomiting during halftime) now apparently 2 or 3 more players are sick and not able to practice. The bug had hit the locker room and that spells trouble with limited players we have . I’m hoping they get healthy and we have both teams at their best.

Yeah our guys were just finishing that up when you were here. It's awful.

Today is Tuesday, surely college kids bounce back by Saturday?, but who knows? In the end if everyone is healthy before start of CUSA tournament and during, that would be ideal...

Happened to Middle in Hawaii. Sucks when you have several guys on the team with some big games upcoming.
But I would think it will be done and have run its course by Saturday. You guys should be ok by then.
IMO, this is where Marshall is going to tell us if they are for real or not. Had a great week at home, but you can't win the league if you can't win a preponderance of games on the road. Only two games on the road so far in conference and lost one while 2-5 on the season.

They are the Dark horse that could win the league or lose the ones that could on the road. Our loss to ODU and WKU was probably about 85% so who knows. Well, I hope WKU is 100% by gameday. IF....IF.....IF we are able to beat WKU, I want to beat the BEST WKU team possible.... not a watered down depleted one (due to illness).

Healthy or sick, hurt or at full strength doesn't matter to me as long as we win. I'm sure no one in Bowling Green didn't care that Penava didn't play 36 mins of the game earlier this season or that CJ Burks was out due to the flu or that Darius George was out with a stress fracture.
Also I'm sure they didn't mind that was Marshall's "Murphy Law" game, everything that could go wrong or missed was in the 1st 12 1/2 mins of that game.

I think a few Marshall players had that bug in the first meeting, maybe the post game handshakes after the first meeting was a strategy. Just Kidding! Hopefully WKU is at full strength, beating a team when they're down isn't fun.

I hope, but this is a good WKU team, possibly league best.
