I don't like that at all. Pay for billboards if you want. But they shouldn't be sticking that on permanent highway signs all over the state.

These will supposedly be up for only 2 years but they are more than likely to be torn down before then since everyone who isn't a Chapel Hill fan absolutely hates them.
