In a new report, the OSC special counsel, Henry Kerner, pointed to Conway's TV interviews conducted in her "official capacity" in November and December of last year. The agency said Conway "impermissibly mixed official government business with political views about candidates in the Alabama special election."
Looks like ol’ Kerner has POTUS “dead to rights”

I was not aware of any other special counsel and presume (correctly or incorrectly) he works for Mueller. Consider other alternatives. I know that is challenging for those on the left. Not everyone ignores what is posted like you do and spews out repetitive mindless talking points.

While acting in her official role in the white house no she cannot endorse or put down candidates.
