"The Hatch Act of 1939, officially An Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, is a United States federal law whose main provision prohibits employees in the executive branch of the federal government, except the president, vice-president, and certain designated high-level officials from engaging in some forms of political activity."
While acting in her official role in the white house no she cannot endorse or put down candidates.
"Folks, don't be fooled. He'll be a vote against tax cuts. He's weak on crime, weak on borders. He's strong on raising your taxes. He's terrible for property owners."
"for tax hikes," "against border security," "against national security," "against the Second Amendment" and "against life,"
"out of step for Alabama voters, according to the President," and that Trump "doesn't want a liberal Democrat representing Alabama in the United States Senate."
Is she engaging in political activity or stating a fact??

The political activity of giving reasons why they should not vote for Doug Jones because he won't vote for Trumps agenda pushes people to vote for Roy Moore.
like I said a stretch....

Well the special counsel who has more experience than either of us thinks otherwise so I'll stick with that.

The biggest 3
Weak on crime could mean he would vote against strong on crime justices like those Trump would appoint, which would make it a fact
Weak on borders - It is a fact he is against the wall which the president believes is necessary to ever have a secure boarder.
Strong on Tax Increases - It is a fact he was not in favor of tax cuts so it is then fair to assume he is supportive of tax increases
Im seeing a lot of factual statements made

What is wrong with keeping taxes the same amount, just because against cut doesn't mean you want hike, also he states he is pro second amendment. You say lots of factual statements I say one lie makes everything a lie and a silly endorsement of Roy Moore that violates the act.

Of course the last time Conway violated it I'm sure nothing happened but we aren't discussing punishment we are discussing if it happened.
Were you outspoken when Julian Castro, Sebelius violated the Hatch Act?

We are discussing Ms. Conway, it's like a zoo over here no one wants to stay on topic.

Lock her up! Lock her up!
Right next to Clinton and set up some ‘big brother’ type cameras. That would be some good stuff there.
Dems desperate to prove somebody, anybody near Trump did something, anything wrong. This is weak tea dude.
