Appreciate your post. It's very much in the spirit of "gung-ho! let's talk realignment!"

Here's where it fails, though: the NCAA will never allow that. Do you really, actually think the NCAA is going to allow a school -- particularly a toxic school like Liberty -- to basically say "he he he he, we found a loophole! we found a loophole! neener neener!! nothing you can doooooo!"

You gotta be a kidding me. They'd slap the little punks across the face. Then change the rules, to disallow such a move.

You know they would.


That's why this whole thing is such a joke. It's based on a literal interpretation of a rule that was never intended to allow such an interpretation. We're not talking about stone tablets, here.
