Would it behoove some C-USA teams to re-brand, ie. "CHARLOTTE?"
Edit...Ooops... should be "Would it" in the title...

Sitting here watching my Eagles play UTEP got me to thinking about branding for C-USA and its' teams. We have several teams like UAB, UTEP, & UTSA that could re-brand as "Birmingham," "San Antonio," & "El Paso." I think that would behoove them and the conference. "Charlotte" seems to work better for UNCC. I know that Charlotte has, or is seriously pushing doing this.

I would like to hear others' ideas on this.
