Maybe the University that a player transfers to should have to reimburse the original school the cost of the player's scholarship moving forward (including the stipends and all) since the player would essentially be breaking a contract just like the coach would.
Player "buyouts" would come into effect.
Scholarships are renewable 1 year contracts. I believe both parties can opt out after each year, but the player has a 1 year "no compete" clause if he/she exercises their right.
Which I think we should do for coaches as well.
