Florida State has an even weaker case - bad OOC schedule, good win vs Fla, Bad loss to Okie State. The proverbial .500 conference team/first round conference tourney bounce-out that shouldn't get a bid

But they are in the ACC, so will get a bid, just because.

I'm not sold FSU should, but NC State is a true bubble to me. If BC wins tomorrow, I think they should get the nod instead. Notre Dame and maybe even Syracuse are playing better ball than the two you mentioned right now as well.
BC has to win the tournament to get in.
