What programs? UAB has won conference titles in baseball and basketball in the last two years. Men's soccer is a Top 25 and NCAA tournament regular. Women's sports are all competitive.

Football sucks and we're working on turning it around, same as Tulane and Memphis. Let UNC hire your next football coach and see where it takes your program.

UAB is every bit as deserving as Tulane.

I don't know why Tulane was selected either; but there is no need to compound the problem by adding UAB.
