This! Check his twitter going way back... If those aren't trial balloons, he is flat out wrong most of the time..

To be fair, he was the very first person by a clear margin (as in putting up a full story ahead of the national media by several hours, not just by a few minutes on Twitter) to report that the Big East had hired Mike Aresco as commissioner, so he definitely has at least one top level conference source.
