Here's a helpful link. I've done it once a month for last couple of years myself. Basically there has been a construction zone where fines are dou8bled and they are picking people off right and left. Huge revenue stream for Vi-enna. I wouldn't do it blindfolded. And they're up on the overpasses with radar as well as hiding behind the on-ramps, among other places, all down 75.
