I liked Megadeath on a song by song basis back in the day... Mustaine's vocals are the kind I can't listen to for long periods of time. I'm not sure how much better Metallica would have become with him but they didn't necessarily suffer without him. To Dave's credit he didn't suffer greatly from going his own way but he did miss out on cashing in on the success of the Black Album.

This is the lone Megadeath cd I have:
