I sure hope they don't do the Rey thing again and make her great at everything without any explanation or any significant training. Mary Sue characters never work as the fans will often reject them based on not being able to identify with a character that is great at everything and never has any struggles.

The Lore around the Inquisitors was they were Jedi that turned dark side or they were force sensitive and trained to hunt Jedi. It's very possible that in the 10 years since Revenge of the Sith that she was found and trained.

The Grand Inquisitor was actually a Temple Guard and after witnessing the trial of Ahsoka became disillusioned with the Jedi.

Reva is hellbent on moving up the ranks instead of being "3rd Sister".

And it's not that she's more powerful than Obi Wan.. Think to Luke in The Last Jedi, I think Obi Wan has pretty much cut himself off from the Force to stay hidden.
