Now, the Big East actually resembles much more of the original Big East which they joined. Consider that DePaul, Marquette, and Butler are three out of four of ND’s most played basketball opponents. I have no doubts that Notre Dame may be on the lookout to join the Big East come time. They will have no trouble continuing to build one of the country’s toughest and unique football schedules. In addition, their bowl prospects will once again be open again. 04-wine

Not happening. It will be status quo going forward for both ND and the ACC through 2036. Those deals are all done.

There is no chance ND will join the Big East. Absent a P4 champs only playoff setup, there is little chance that ND football will join the ACC.
