What does this do? It creates a conference that is effectively P6 because it would take a lot for one of the other 4 champs to dislodge the champ from this league from a NY6 bowl. BYU gets its national schedule and while the money may not be on par with Utah they get similar access to big time bowls and they don't have to go back to the MWC.

For me, the ideal group to take is BYU, Boise St, San Diego St, and Air Force.

BYU retains Utah and Utah St OOC to keep,some regional action on the menu.
San Diego St makes similar arrangements to keep San Jose St and Fresno St regulars.
Air Force maintains their OOC game with Army and with Navy moving in conference they add Colorado St.
Boise St doesn't have particularly strong ties to any of the other MWC schools but I can certainly see them meeting up with Nevada, UNLV, and Fresno St occasionally.

With the loss of 3 schools the MWC can either add 1 or 3 replacements with NMSU and the Texas C-USA schools being the chief contenders.

If the AAC approves of and looks to add BYU, Boise St., San Diego St., and Air Force, then Gonzaga would likely want into the AAC.

Would you be for the this? BYU joins all sports but gets to bring in 3 MWC teams and Zags with them? All sports, football too.
