He has an offensive rating of 130, a top 10 in the country TO rate and is lights out from 3.

Gonna be a great addition to the starting lineup next year for Houston

Dejon Jarreau will be taking Rob’s spot in the starting lineup. And we’ll keep Armoni “Instant Offense” Brooks as the sixth man.

Man i dunno, maybe your right but nothing about Dejon Jarreau's stats jump off the page and his 20% from 3 point range is concerning.

IF Galen starts at point ( he should IMO), and you mesh him with Corey Davis JR and Jarreau, You basically run an offense that ends up having 2 guards who can't shoot from distance and it clogs the lane a bit.

Looking at the roster, I'd start it something like this:
PG: Robinson ( need a senior ball handler on the floor) 6'1
SG: Corey Davis Jr 6'2
G/SF: Armoni Brooks 6'4 but with a huge wingspan.
PF: Fabian white 6'7
PF/C: Breon Brady 6'8

Then hinton, A. Davis, & Jareau run the backup wing spots.

Brooks has NBA potential as a 3 & D player, espeically if his wingspan is what sampson said it was. I think he rises and ends up starting next year. I don't see any of the freshman pushing him out of the way.

hinton is 6'6, jereau 6'5, and cedrick alley is 6'5 ..who ever starts at the 3 is going to have a a long wing span..
and galen and corey are known for defense so the need for a 3rd defensive guard specialist isnt high

my worry with starting brooks is we become extremely reliant on the 3..he has an amazing jumper (high arch with his 6'4 frame and a quick release, with half court range) while being top 50 nationally in shooting percentage ...but his handles leave a lot to be desired, he isnt very good at taking it to the rim when not open... what makes us good now is even when shooting a low percentage from 3 rob can still get you points regardless. i worry with brooks if we are having an off night its game over

will be curious to see how sampson plays it, from scouting reports hinton and dejon are great drivers and versatile top level scorers but subpar at the 3. or brooks elite at the 3 but not a great driver...or go a complete different rout and go alley who is very good at the 3 (maybe not brooks level) but unlike brooks is very physical..who is basically a 4, who can shoot extremely well and decent handles

but im saying this from how they are now, who know how any of them will look in year after developing some more
