Memphis with the high level of talent they have in that city alone they should be top 25 every year. Even if you don't land all the top talent there is enough mid tier talent there to compete in this league. Tubby is sitting on a gold mine of talent and if he can not recruit the city then he needs to go and let Penny take a run with it. Penny will bring in the talent, coaching experience, that is why you hire top notch assistants to help guide you in that department. I know being a ECU fan I don't have any room in this discussion, but I spent time in Memphis when I was in the Navy and man the high school basketball there was king, so I know the talent is there you just need to bring them in.
