Not classy. Nobody deserves to be treated the way Tubby has been in the media the last couple of days. It's not like he tortured pets, or something.

It's unfortunate that all of this is coming out the way it is at this time. I'm not saying this is in the administration's control, but someone is doing a lot of talking with the media. If Tubby is being let go--and at this point I think events have pushed it so much to make it inevitable--it would have been far better to have it announced quietly next week without the lynch mob mentality.

I expected Tubby to get another year, with the same mediocre results, and then be let go. As far as Brown as an assistant, I think there must be more than one excellent x's and o's guy out there who would take the job. Hopefully it all works out with Penny.
