Don't know, try and find out. This board has died since "the new Haven" has been unveiled. But then again absolutely nothing going on either.

Most likely for topper fans that were already registered on the old board because I was registered on the old board and am just able to post there. The new board has almost killed this one.

I think it is just the dog days of summer. People on vacation, BBQ'ing, enjoying the weather, yadda yadda yadda. It will pick up in August. I see anyone wanting to have good discussion as well as some good natured ribbing to come here. And I would not be surprised if some Haven venting occurs on this board, esp. if some of your more rabid fans start spouting off about MSU, the Sun Belt teams, etc. There will be folks here to vent. :)

Really not sure of that yet, the two boards offer very different things. Let the newness wear off, what will definitely kill this one is if non Western folk are allowed as free reigns as on here. Then this board ceases to be needed.

One thing on Haven, I cannot figure out how to post links to articles 03-confused If you aren't able to link on that board then I guess I will come and put the link on here or just cut and paste and have reallllllly long posts on Haven.

I also expect that many of are Sunbelt brethren will want to come and argue on here, just because they are so "anti-haven" not sure if that would be a good or bad thing for this board.

Ah I don't think folks will make it a total complaining board of Haven. But I do think if some rabid Havenites go off the deep end and post outrageous stuff, you'll see folks taking issue with it, and responding, on this board. I'm just guessing! Only time will tell...

Personally, I'm looking forward to seeing what some of the haven "watchers" have to say. I don't really go out and look at other teams boards, so I have no clue what they say on there. I don't have time to do it. I keep tabs on my boys and that's about it. I do enjoy conversing about basketball and anything else though, and the more diverse the population the better. I like to hear what others think about things, especially if they are from different backgrounds, location, etc than I am from.

Well I signed up under RBM. Let's see if I get approved. Probably not. I'll drop over if I do. How long does it take to get approved? :)

RBM: I "registered" for the new haven board about two weeks ago and have yet to be "approved." Of course, "HAVEN" doesn't like me, because I frequently posted anti-I-A messages and anti-SBC messages. I believe that WKU belongs in the Missouri Valley Conference.

I am 99% sure who HAVEN is. I am 100% sure of one thing - he wants you to take the "party line." It's OK for persons to post filth and attack others, as long as they (the pathetic posters and attackers) support (and post such support for) Western's having I-A (BIG-TIME!!!) football, spending tons of money (much, if not most or even all) of students' and/or taxpayers' money to renovate sports facilities. etc.

Well it looks like I won't get an invitation to join. Guess the "bymarriage" part isn't to the liking of Haven.
