Let me tell you folks what this piece of garbage did, for those who weren't around at that time...

Last year, before we beat them AGAIN, this guy came onto our board and got into an argument with my wife, who was a regular poster here at the time, over the usual Tiger-Rebel crap....so he starts threatening her.

After I spoke up, he actually tracked down an old website of my wife's that she used to mess around with...she would put old pictures of me and her from our dating days on there, but hadn't touched the website in years......and he starts putting old pictures of us on Rebelgrove.

Needless to say, after we beat them again, he wasn't heard from again.....until now.....

There is no denying that the Rebels flat out dominated the series from its inception through 1959. Ole Miss won all 15 games during the 38-year stretch and the average score was approximately 46-3.

*1960 was an important year in the history of the series. From the 1930’s until the 1970’s college football programs were separated into the College Division (Small College) and the University Division (Major College) classifications. Division 1-A and Division 1-AA classifications were not created by the NCAA until 1978. Ole Miss had always been in the University Division. Memphis had always been in the College Division. These two classifications were similar in nature to today’s Division 1-A and Division 1-AA classifications, respectively. In 1960, Memphis made the move up from the College Division to the University Division. The move would be similar to a school moving up from Division 1-AA to Division 1-A in today’s environment.

Why 1971? Johnny Vaught retired after the 1970 season and 1971 was Archie Manning’s senior year. Even the most ardent Ole Miss fans would probably agree that the loss of these two men signaled the end of the “golden age

I am a resident of Oxford that has a little knowledge of the Hoka and I am here to say that this guy representing himself as Hoka is in no way a reflection of our town and our great University or the Hoka.
