The new server will arrive at my place mid-week next week. I will require 1 to 2 days to install the full set of applications we require and Linux. If anybody out there is really good with mysql/php, your services would be greatly appreciated. Not only will we be migrating to this server, but we will be migrating to phpbb.... and while we have the necessary hacks to do what we want, there are already a few obstacles to go around... most noteably the fact that we must figure out a way to join post tables converted from Invision to phpbb ... and join them in proper format. We have a hack to allow one install of phpbb to act as multiples, by simply selectively loading categories out of the dbase. Thus obviously for this to work we must figure out a way to take a dozen or so post tables and join them properly.

We must have all these hacks verified as working BEFORE we ship this thing to Dallas, or we will have to stick with Invision for the time being.

I wish I could help... I just finished setting up the chuches website with mambo/phpbb, but I think what you need is a little over my head. I haven't messed around with either mysql or php to long to be of benefit, I think... If you have any need for some smaller help, let me know... Hope you can find some help though GTS! I know what it's like starting from scratch, but I don't want to think about the task it would be moving a site of this size!! Good Luck!
