XM, No

Sirius I have.

Its all a matter of taste and the way you listen to music. XM groups their music more and has more alternative and new musicians not yet signed. Sirius has more contemporary music and seperates it more. Both have great talk stations.

I find that Sirius is more sports friendly, they have the NFL, NBA, NHL (If they ever play again), Nascar is moving to Sirius, College- CUSA, MWC, Big East- and a few other scattered

XM has MLB, College- PAC 10, Some Big 10 (not all), Nascar (right now)

But its all a matter of taste in how you like your music, I know a lot of ppl who have both.

I have XM, I love it. I think Sirius has made more of a commitment to gaining new and better stations, however.

Here's a discussion we had on the CUSAbbs a few weeks ago:

<a href='http://www.ncaabbs.com/forums/confusa/invision/index.php?act=ST&f=22&t=25099' target='_blank'>XM or Sirius?</a>

I have XM, and love it. Although you can't go wrong with either.

As others mentioned, it's best to look over the channel lists for both services, and decide what you like. For me, it was about the wide variety of music stations and some of the talk/comedy, and not much about the who had which sports. But everyone is different.

I'm not a mega-fan of Stern, but I would've enjoyed him on XM. And Sirius also added Radio Margaritaville. So they've added some good additions to their lineup recently.

Most automakers have only one or the other as an option, which is a drawback.
