This isn't like the last time when we were in desperate need, but an option that GTS has laid out in his thread. If we can get enough pledges to cover the expense, I will send this to our "CFO", Rickheel.

I'd assemble it, install Gentoo, lock down Gentoo, burn-in test it, test it on my connection, and pay to ship the big *** beast to Dallas, TX.
