As much as we want to blame it on the officials (and there were some pathetic calls), you can't blame it on them. We shot ourselves in the foot way too many times.

know about any bad calls by the officials.

But I do know this...

All summer on all these different prediction
threads...so many people were discounting
Clemson. Predictions of the Tigers finishing

Thank you, that'll be all.<hr /></blockquote>They (refs) cheated ya'll... on one punt, Clemson was receiving and a Clemson player pushed a GT defender right into the punt returner. No WAY should ya'll been penalized 15 yards!!!

I want to know WHY they don't have instant replay in the college games? Sure would make the refs more aware of their boo-boos and they are plenty of those, especially in the ACC. Worse officiating I've ever seen and this fan has been around a LONG time!!!

They ran the ball 56 freakin' times. Do the math -- that's like 3.1 yards per carry.

what im saying is...

Miami Ohio is no clemson...
and if your saying that we did bad, but yet you gave up 175 yards(56 carries or not), you shouldnt talk

They got that many carries because of all our turnovers. We kept giving the ball back to them, and they dominated the time of posession because of it.

Our run defense still needs a lot of work -- don't get me wrong. We're not very good right now. But, our defense kept us in that game against Miami. It was NOT their fault.

By the way, I didn't say anything -- that was Rick. And I don't think he was trying to start a peeing match between our two schools. I think he was merely saying that Clemson (and GT's struggles at stopping them) was a big reason you lost on Saturday. Nowhere did I see him mention UNC in his post.

Trust me, I'm plenty worried about playing Tech in two weeks. I'm quite sure Rick is too....
