The Scarlet nights were nearly dropped from D1A Football a few years back and now their new head coach Schiano (entering his third season) has the team playing very competitively. Last season Rutgers had some very close losses to good teams. Rutgers has a legit shot at postseason this year. I wonder if their coach will start getting offers in the offseason if Rutgers has a good year. Its and interesting team to watch, particularly in the not so Big East Conf.
