A nice dinner-cooked by you would be really nice.

Does she have a charm bracelet? Add a charm to that or if you feel this is pretty serious start a charm bracelet for her. Mark special events and trips with new charms.

6th month anniversary??? Get her NOTHING! You are falling into a trap if you do this. Do no let her get used to the idea that you will remember these things.

okay thank you.

I like this idea better. Take her out to dinner at a nice place, and tell her thanks for not realizing she's too good for you by now. Then kiss her and take her to your momma for a family movie and popcorn.

Tongue in cheek, partly.
