Glad to see you're not stooping to my level, Kev! :roflol:

Anyway, I don't even think you know what you are. Libertarians don't condone invading countries, especially in our first pre-emptive strike EVER as a nation.

If you don't quack like a duck, look like a duck or write like a duck then you ain't no freakin' duck.

Or, in the words of Pahliniuk:

"Sticking chicken feathers up your butt does not make you a chicken."

That being said (did you want to argue the source again, you droning piece of cow dung?), you do realize that you are claiming to be smarter than me and yet losing every argument you have with me.

So, that makes you a benevolent genius, I guess. Thank you, master! :chair:

First off, WTF is that all about? Crying or not? You are a real piece of work, joe. Trying to irritate people in this way is just not what any part of the board's about.

EVERY WM employee that's full-time has a good benefits package Joe...as much as you WANT to believe not because Wal-Mart isn't part of the pro-union, socialist dream that you and Dio fantasize about.

Speaking of which...do you do anything BUT read liberal propoganda and feed it to students? What a waste of $$$ for you to be feeding that crap. I pray to God people like you have no influence on any lives whatsoever that may influence your attitudes.

No, my kids don't know my name, because I'm not married and just a few years out of college. Unlike most of the people who believe you, and have 4 kids and are on welfare checks and begging for handouts, I actually work, long and tough hours..and spend time with people from companies all over the world...including very liberal ones, who still adore Wal-Mart because they know as well that the ****** you type is just ludicrous.

That's the thing, I guess. You live in a fantasy world, in your lil community college, teaching liberal propoganda. In the real world, amongst the 300 or so companies whose employees I talk to every day, you're just a big damn joke. So no, I won't cry...you're the one bawling...but like a spolied baby, no one will listen to you, because in the real world, no one cares about your opinion.

A few questions and points here, Calling the Hawgs:

1. What is the "real" world that you speak of here? Could you explain?
2. I am not a socialist.
3. You say every WM employee who is full-time has good benefits. Could you explain how their benefits are good? Also, could you give some percentages on who WM corp. classifies as full-time (eligible for benefits) as opposed to part-time (not eligible for benefits)? Included should be a full discussion of how many hours a full-time employee works and how many hours a part-time employee works on a weekly basis.
4. You said Joe feeds "liberal" propaganda to students. Does that taste good? Is it yummy? Or are you using a metaphor here? If so, could you explain what your metaphor means?
"I actually work, long and tough hours..."
As do many Americans, like myself and Joe. Teaching at a com-college is no cakewalk.

5.You close with another "real" world statement. What does this discussion have to do with a so-called reality show on MTV?

1) If you want direct information... send an e-mail to the following address with your question
coleman.peterson@wal-mart.com
Mr. Peterson will have all the information you need on health care. What I do know is that all full-time employees (those who work at least 40 hours a week) are given full health care to the extent that they may choose their own doctor, and/or hospital, and Wal-Mart pays for all visits without any co-pay. Any surgeries...Wal-Mart foots 100% of the bill. So the average person who can barely afford very expensive heart surgery, can with Wal-Mart's plan because to him it is free.

2) All Wal-Mart employees (full or part-time) are available for stock options. They have the choice of taking a percentage (up to 10%) of their paycheck and putting it into Wal-Mart stock. The results have turned many long-time workers at Wal-Mart into millionaires, as Wal-Mart stock, known as a blue chip, has gone up and split countless times.

3) If you can't figure out what "feeding crap" to students or anyone is... go work at your thinking

4) Nothing you have posted or typed shows you are not a socialist. You are against capatilization, you are pro-union, you are for big taxes and for more government control.. all 3 are socialist principles.

5) College is not the real world, Dio. College is a 4-yr easing progression from the sheltered lives of living with the parents and high school to being on your own, forced to make your own decisions and responsibility, and taking others head-on in the business world. Being in or working at college, you're still in a fantasy world. You don't face the dog-eat-dog challenges of the actual real world like most Americans do. And again, if you haven't heard the phrase "the real world" besides the MTV show, go back and work at your thinking...and get out a whole lot more. To quote Bill Gates.." The real world won't care about your self-esteem. The real world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself".

More quotes by Bill Gates that fit well into why I say "the real world"

Your school may have done away with winners and losers. The real world HAS NOT. In some schools they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as many times as you want to re-try and get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblence to ANYTHING in real life.

And another

Life isn't divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

On your number 1, wouldn't that guy be biased in favor of what Wal-Mart policies are?
If Wal-Mart's insurance has a deductable, they don't pay for every doctor visit, the "insured" does. And, all insurance policies today don't cover pre-existing conditions for the initial six months of coverage.
I've generally discovered through personal experience that insurance pays on major medical, i.e. surgery. It's the little things that add up in which insurance companies and doctors stick it to you, i.e. referrals and MRI's out the wazzoo!

On your 2, most Wal-Mart employees earn annual salaries at or below the poverty level. Who the heck has 10% of their income? And, even if they did, what if Wal-Mart stock takes a big hit? I mean, the stock market is technically a gamble! If they take a hit, then the stock could be rendered worthless, right?

Who the hell would want to work at Wal-Mart for a long period of time? Wal-Mart associates have to deal with an irate public and a management corps that distrusts their every move. That sounds like a sh*t job to me!

On your number 3, "feeding crap" is rather vague. Can you explain?

On your number 4, what makes you say I am against capitalization? And for your information, when I was a kid working at Kroger, I got fired because I refused to join the union. I have detested unions ever since.
I don't really like paying my taxes but they sure are cheaper than my insurance bills. And you've got to admit that taxes fuel our war machine. So taxes aren't inherently bad.

On your number 5, I'm not in college and when did I say that college is the real world? (misrepresenting again!)
I've worked in more industries and sectors in the economy than you and more than likely I have a better understanding of our economic system than you do.

Other than that, you can't take a joke can you? You had no idea that I was using sarcasm thus suggesting that you don't work at all when thinking!

Lastly, why should I trust Bill Gates? I don't know him from Adam. For all I know, he could support NAMBLA.

Lastly again, see Calling the Hawgs, it wasn't that hard to actually respond to me rather than just insulting me!
