Joseph is finally starting to play good in goal, and I don't think there is a better line in the NHL right now then the Hull-Zetterberg-Datysuk line.

Datysuk has 19 points in his last 11 games, while Zetterberg and Hull keep scoring. Zetterberg is 2nd in the league in rookie scoring now!

What happened to the Penguins this year? Lemieux is kicking but, but the rest of the team is a level lower than him.

Well, they can't afford the stars they had--as witnessed by the trades of Jagr, Lang, Kasparitus, Kovalev, Ference, and Roscival. Even with Lemeiux, Straka, and Hrdina they still need more scoring and let's not even talk about the "defense." Pittsburgh is just two years into a loss of cash flow. Why else do you think Mario came back? They needed money. Last year's tanking didn't help the cash flow. I will surely be depressed soon. Because it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better. Making one last mad dash for the playoffs couldn't hurt but it doesn't look likely with the losing efforts of late. :(

St. Louis served as the Red Wings little B*tches last night.

Detroit 7
St. Louis 2 (both goals were scored in last 5 minutes of the game)
