I know a lot of the recruiting focus is now on the Class of 2003; and there aren't any Class of 2004 rankings out yet, but who would you say are the top prospects in the class. Here is who I can think of off the top of my head:

Jameson Curry
Sebastian Telfair
Lamarcus Aldridge

I know that it is very far away, but as a Heel, I am thinking we will get Curry and Aldridge and Duke get's Telfair if he doesn't go pro.

Any other top prospects from this class that you can think of?

Telfair is supposed to be outstanding, but right now I would bet on him going pro.

BTW, I think I heard that by the time he is a college freshmen, he will be like 22! <img border="0" alt="[Laughing]" title="" src="graemlins/laughing.gif" />

I don't think I want that kind of player at UNC, Duke can have him and we'll gladly take Curry <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> .

Roy Bright is supposed to be very good. He plays for Northern Durham here in the Triangle, haven't seen him play yet but I will soon.

yes there are some great players in the dc/maryland area...umd just couldnt attract many of them for a while but now that were becoming a more "sexy school" its starting to work

(some also have grade problems... <img border="0" alt="[NoNo]" title="" src="graemlins/nono.gif" /> , but not everyone <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> )

But Curry will be a Heel if all works out for the best <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" /> .

Looks like Ra'Sean Dickey is one of the best players in the class too. He is a 6 foot 10, 255 pound post player from Bennettsville, South Carolina.

Looks like the Tarheels are going to pursue him, along with a lot of other big time schools. We will have to keep an eye on him over the next 2 years.

Here's a good link about Dickey:
