i want to upload something from my computer so do i just get the file and press use as my avitar?

There's a problem with too-safe mode and anonymous uploads.

i sent it to you and one more question, is the log in thing screwd up because i have to log in a couple times if i leave to go to another part of the board. (it doesn't remeber me)
