I followed your link. and got this reply:

"Sorry, we could not find a member called <#NAME#>, are you sure it's correct?"

so I tried Forget Password and got this:

"Sorry, we don't have a member with that name in our records, please try again and double check the data you entered."

so what am I doin wrong?

Seems like an issue with invision's handling of the apostrophe. I'll look into it.
