Client Side [firefox] User ignore function available...
I have found a Firefox extension that implements the User Ignore function. It is a variation of a Greasemonkey script that I found off of one of the Mozilla forums. This can be made into a stand-alone Firefox extension fairly easily. It works by putting an '[X]' box next to each user's name - when you click the X, the name is added to a cookie that stores your banned user list. Posts by banned users can be expanded at will, and users can be removed from the banned list (cookie).

Greasemonkey, is a Firefox extension that allows you to write your own javascript to modify web pages as they are downloaded to your browser. It's pretty cool stuff, but moderately tough to work with. The Platypus extension provides a GUI to make simple changes to a web page's design and save it as a Greasemonkey script.

If anyone is interested in trying this out, please PM me. The basic steps involve installing Greasemonkey, and then adding this user script. See my previous post for other "features" you can use to modify the ncaabbs.com fora (or any phpbb based fora).

The script that works is one of the versions here.
