I know nothing about living there, and I know nothing about partying there (as I'm not 21). I do know it's an expensive place to live, and about as trendy as Atlanta gets.

I work in Buckhead ( Lenox Square area), but don't live there.

It's high $$$$ to buy or rent. I've seen new condos going in for $500,000+.

The traffic as in all of Atlanta is bad.
It's in the city of Atlanta* as well as Fulton County

*the city of Atlanta is very small ( pop 500K and landmass) when looking at the entire Atlanta metro area.

I live in Roswell and would not want to live in Buckhead, but would prefer not to have a 30 minute commute (one way) to work everyday.
