1061 RDU
this morning I was listening to it on the way to work, it was classic rock.

this afternoon on the way to lunch they are playing Gretchen Wilson. I'm like "what the hell?" its now 106.1 the Rooster, a country station! when did that happen?

Are you serious? That is a major format change. I guess you got to listen to 106.5 WSFL :shhh:

A popular Baltimore Alternative Rock station 99.1 WHFS switched formats, I guess it was a couple of years ago, in the morning they were playing what they normally play, and then as soon as the clock struck noon they switched and started playing Latino music. Very strange. I think these kind of things often happen without warning which is strange. People made a big fuss about it and WHFS actually came back on another frequency a few months later but now they only play music at night and on the weekends, during the day its talk radio.

I used to love that station....About 10 years ago or so, they had Bob the Blade and some other guy in the morning. They played this game called "You Can't Win", I would tune in every morning for that. They also had some stoner that would call in and toke on his water bong. It was one of the best morning shows I have ever listened to.

I agree if you really want to listen to commercial free MUSIC and better rotations and formats than you can find in most areas.

Sorry but John Boy and Billy is the biggest waste of radio time anywhere.

there's way too much repetition in satellite radio. I haven't used my XM radio in months.

I think all talk radio is a waste of time. G105 is the worst. but I could deal with some of the skits on John Boy and Billy for limited time
