Pierre Marie Altidor-Cespedes
PMAC (as he was called at Gonzaga) is headed down your way and it looks like he'll be Marshall's starting point this year (sorry, I'd post the link but I'm not sure how to do it on this board). He was a good player for us - he started pretty much all of the 05-06 season - but is getting displaced by younger talent. He also played mostly scoring guard at GU and he's said that he feels he's more of a natural PG (part of the issue for him at GU perhaps). Anyway, he's fast as lightning and was one of the most athletic guys on our squad last year (which was saying something). I imagine he'll get all the PG he can handle at Marshall. I hope you enjoy watching him, we sure did in Spokane! There's a couple of cool moments of his on YouTube - one where he scores 5 points in about 10 secs versus Washington.

Yes, we are very glad to have a player of his caliber headed our way.
PG is a glaring weakness and this will give Coach Jones time to get settled and recruit a PG for our future.
I hope P-MAC enjoys his stay here in Huntington. Definitely looking forward to watching him play. Thanks for the post!
