My playoff bracket
Proposal: 16-team playoff: Conference champions (only if they are in the Top 25 of the final BCS) plus wild cards. BCS Conference champions in the Top 10 are seeded first and remaining teams are seeded in order of BCS finish (with some tweaking to avoid intraconference and rematch games).

4. Oklahoma
13. Illinois

6. West Virginia
11. Arizona State

7. Georgia
