Normally I would go with the latter, especially when the New York Post is involved, but we know about Mike Tranghese and Big East officials. It's just kind of ironic that, within the last few months, there have been rumors of Memphis, East Carolina, Army and Navy. That's an awful lot of coincidences.

Keep in mind that Trangheese is a lawyer. Perhaps he's just practicing his double talk. Do these media outlets that call to check on each and EVERY leak about expansion really expect Mikey to say..."yeah boy, you're to smart for us, we are expanding. We are just so tired of you asking about it that we decided to tell you the truth."
