Btw the Big East is splitting and taking UCF, ECU and the crown jewel Memphis from CUSA and Temple from the MAC, I heard this from my sources just 25 seconds ago. Top secret info so don't tell anyone. This alignment will start 2010 and the Football schools are paying the exit fees for the schools named.

Murph I already told too much.

I have sources that confirm this from the NCAA...and a pool with the same group that says after 2 years...ECU will be all over the ACC boards campaigning for membership there.

That actually would be an interesting conference, even though some of the old guard Big East members, and even some of the newer members, would be throwing a fit.

Interesting posts, but if the BE splits they will become and all sports confernce including FB. It will not include Villanova ND or gtown. The BB schools will go one way (with ND)and the FB will go another
