ACC #1: Florida State (16th)
ACC #12: NC State (55th)

While the Big 12 has five teams ranked higher than any ACC team, they also have 5 teams ranked lower than any ACC team.

I've always considered (from Week 6 onward) the Sagarin the most accurate and unbias way to compare teams and conferences within the same division.

If you stack up the ACC top to bottom against the other conferences how many games are they going to be favored in? It aint gonna be very many.

It seems like every time an ACC team looks "good" (relative term) they go and lose on national television. There isnt a single ACC team anybody cares about on a national level and there hasnt been for a long time. Even worse I get screwed on ABC every week with a crappy ACC game I dont want to watch while the rest of the country gets to see a sweet big 12 matchup.

Asking anybody to beat Florida right now is a tall task. That includes Oklahoma, Texas Tech, and Texas.

I agree we'll see if the ACC can pull 2 of 3. No one will really be able to compare conferences until after the bowls anyways. That should help sort things out. ACC while seemingly mediocre, has a lot of a above average teams but no great teams.
