whatever.

Does this mean any UNC alumni will not make your top album list? Sorry Ben Folds Five . . . .

have you seen his list? I dont think Ben Folds had a chance anyways.

umm, 5 out of the 12 aren't hip hop. i think everyone has a chance.

Do you even know who Ben Folds is?

no idea. but that's not to say i wouldn't like his music if i listened. Would you recommend him? i'm open to any kind of music.

BTW, did you guys read about UNC getting rid of their customary two christmas trees in the lobby, due to years of protests? It was a pretty upsetting story in the paper today.

I dont recognize everything on your list, but everything I do is either hip hop or R&B so I dont see that your taste in music has changed.

Ben Folds is rock but its unique, kind of hard to compare to anyone else, if you have heard anything by him before it would be brick or song for the dumped.

oh but my tastes have changed, very much. I'm just much more experienced in hip hop. It's hard to develop tastes for other kinds of music. It takes a long time. don't forget, i didn't become a big music fan until about 4 years ago.

2 years ago a band like TV on the radio wouldnt've even got a listen from me. I like to give everything a chance now. Anything you want me to listen to, i'll give it a shot. And i really mean that going forward. If 2 weeks from now you should have a recommendation, feel free to PM me.

You were right when you once told me that you couldn't imagine your life without music. I now know how that feels.

i just listened to some of his songs. they're pretty good. the ones on his myspace are very easy listening, which comes off as a little light for me. I want something a little stronger. Any songs i should check out on youtube?

No wonder you dont talk about college. St Johns has been insignificant ever since.............the 80's?

tell me about it. they just can't get the program on track. That isn't the reason i don't talk about college though. i just find the game so much worse than the NBA. I can't take the difference in skill level and ability to actually run an offensive set, but that's neither here nor there.

BTW, it hasn't been since the 80's. they went to the elite 8 about 8 years ago. They had some pretty damn good teams while Jarvis was coaching Fraschilla's players. Oh well, they're a joke now.

When is St. John's going to change their nickname to cellar dwellers? I mean redstorm is already the lamest nickname in all of sports, may as well change it to something truthful.

i'll take it one step further; they should be kicked out of the BE. They really don't belong in a conference like that. They should be in the A-10, at best. I think the only reason they're allowed to stay in the conf. is because of the games they play in the garden. Although i don't know why the garden keeps them. they draw less than 5,000 for those games.

They used to be the red men, but obviously with political correctness and all, they had to change it.
